South & Illawarra Bushwalk Part 1 Ghost Trains

A series of four overnight walks from 10 to 20 January 2023 based in the national parks of South Sydney and the Illawarra. Option to join for one or multiple walks. For those on the complete walk from Helensburgh to Wollongong an estimate of our distance is 100 km over 8 days, with 3 rest days. Good fitness and health required. It will be a sensational journey.

Suitable for active kids who play sport or exercise regularly. All participants require a Scouts NSW membership number.

Return from Wollongong any Scouts returning by Train on Friday we can return as a group to Parramatta/Penrith estimated arrival at Parramatta/Penrith 9 pm.
