Brief Summary:
This registration is for the flying component of the activity, helping bring the experience directly to your region. The flying activity operates under CASA flight sharing arrangements. Flight share payments are held in escrow until after the flight has taken place. This registration covers the Scouts NSW requirements for large event registrations, the Country Air Activities flying component, and optional pre-purchase merchandise packages. Please note that your Region, District, or Scout Unit will also manage their own separate registrations and activity costs, including Scout Hub Event or Scout Event registrations, camp and catering expenses, and local transport or unit-based arrangements. Arrival dates, times, and final travel arrangements will be coordinated directly by your Scout Leaders and local Scout Unit.
