DofE Bronze & Silver Adventurous Journey / Scout ASA AJ / TP Bushwalk- Light to Light Walk

This event is aimed at those looking to undertake a Scou ASA hike who have difficulty being able to get attendees or those wishing to complete the qualifying journey of a Bromze or Silver Duke of Edinburgh award, but is open to other Scouts or Venturers who would like to attend. There is also option for leaders looking to try and get qualified to fun hikes for their group

There is some lift availability from the NW of Sydney for those needing transportation. Petrol cost sharing would be expected

The itineraries are 

14/04 travel to Merrimbula and spend night at the Noonameena Scout Campsite 

15/04 18/04 Undertake up to 3  day hive covering  all or part of the light to light walk. For those doing Bronze, both a practice and qualifying journeys can be completed for those doing Bronze or Silver.  The hike exceeds the minimum requirements for those doing Bronze or do not need to do a practice silver journey. These attendees can choose , if they wish, just to carry a day pack for the extra days - please ensure to being a day pack if doing so

For those taking transport, the plan is to return to Sydney on the 19th
