GROUP: Bunnings Halloween Promo Night

Bunnings Smithfield are running a Halloween event. We will have a stall to promote our group as well as have turns participating in the activities. Youth members will take turns at the desk promoting our group. As this is a public place, we require parents to stay with their child/ren when they are participating in the crafts and other fun activities (when not at the Scout Group table). 

Attire: Full Scout uniform (shirt, scarf, beige pants or shorts) - with joggers is fine.

4:15-5pm: set up (Leaders will set up, please arrive around 4:45pm ready to help promote the group)

5-7pm: Main Halloween event with lots of stalls and activities for the youth to participate in.

7-7:15PM: Pack up (all involved)

We will have ropes for you to teach children how to tie some knots, temporary tattoos, and we will promote our Monster Raffle for people to purchase raffle tickets if they would like. Please hand out flyers to anyone who may be keen to join our group.
