Brief Summary

Saddle up for Region Rally 2026 in Glenreagh — a Wild Wild West weekend of lightweight camping, outlaw cook‑offs, and cowboy chaos. Patrols of 4–6 (Cubs welcome!) will wrangle challenges, earn bonus points for frontier flair, and blaze trails with grit, spirit, and sun‑smart swagger. Yeehaw, let’s ride!

Who Can Join

  • Patrols of 4–6 Scouts, including eligible Cubs aged 10+
  • Cubs must have:
    • Level 2 in Bushcraft, Bushwalking, and Camping
    • Actively working toward Level 3
    • Achieved Milestone 2, working toward Milestone 3
  • Cubs are full patrol members — a chance to stretch skills in a supportive, youth‑led setting

Gear & Lightweight Expectations

  • Lightweight camping only — gear will be weighed
  • Target weight: 20%–25% of combined patrol bodyweight
  • Bonus points for hitting the 20% mark exactly
  • Scouts must pack up and hike with all gear (excluding tents) daily
  • Cubs may use daypacks, but must pack up their own gear each morning
  • Tent checks before bases begin — neat, secure, weather‑ready setups expected

  • Outlaw Obstacle Courses and Saloon‑Style Scenarios
  • Points for patrol spirit, skill, and creative interpretation of the Wild West theme

  • Extra points for teamwork, creativity, and Wild West flair
  • Think: cowboy cuisine, frontier feasts, chuckwagon pride
  • Invite leaders to join you — show off your hospitality and patrol pride
