Join us for an engaging and interactive weekend designed to inspire, connect, and upskill Scout Leaders across the region!

What to Expect

  • Friday Evening:
    Arrive, settle in, and enjoy a relaxed evening of networking. Dinner is self-catered, with an optional pub visit (no group booking). Weather permitting, we may gather around a campfire for informal chats.

  • Saturday Program Highlights:

    • Region Commissioner Address with Anthony “Yowie”
    • ScoutHub Events Overview & Training with Harrison
    • Terrain & Program Refresher with Marie & Meaghan
    • Social Media for Groups with Kim & Alan
    • Camp Eagle Eye Ideas Workshop with Evelyn
    • Peer Networking – Speed Dating Style
    • Scouts Own & Review with Nigel (including QR Code survey)
    • Wrap up the day with optional group discussions, dinner (self-catered or pub), and socialising.
  • Sunday Adventure:
    Start the day with breakfast and a session on Getting Qualified in Adventurous Activities, then head off to your chosen activity for an exciting hands-on experience. Finish times vary, and participants are free to depart once their activity concludes.
