The Hume Region Scout Fellowship is running an Amateur Radio Exam Day for Scouts, Venturers, Rovers and Leaders who have completed their online pre-learning and are ready to sit their Foundation Exam and Practical Assessment.

Amateur Radio Operator Badge:

All Scouts Australia members who gain an Amateur Radio Licence can wear a special badge on their uniform. It is a gold diamond with a green central stripe as seen above. Youth and adult members who have an amateur Radio licence may be awarded this badge. The award is recorded as a skill in the member’s record.
