Discover the world of Amateur Radio – chat with Scouts from across Australia and the globe
Learn how radios work and have a go at operating one yourself
Take part in an exciting Transmitter Fox Hunt – a real-world challenge of tracking hidden radio transmitters around Berrima Scout Camp using handheld gear
Work towards badge work in STEM, Adventure, and Special Interest Areas

Complete your Amateur Radio Assessment on the day with Pre-Learning required. Let us know during registration. 

What to bring:

• Water bottle, hat, sunscreen

• Enclosed shoes and comfortable clothing for bush activity

• Your adventurous Scout spirit!

• Optional: your own Amateur Radio handheld radio if you have one
