The camp site will open 5pm Friday 13th June you must supply your own dinner on Friday night catering will start Saturday morning and finish Sunday lunch. Please keep in mind the nights can be very cold at Timor in July you will need warm clothing at night and a warm sleeping bag. The weekend will be bush camping there will be portable toilets on site but no showers.
Closing date for the caving is and will be Friday 13th June 2025 Hunter & Coastal Region closing date for the caving activities is June 20th /2025 I will need your this form and payment for the Caving activity before or by June 13th 2025 Hunter & Coastal will not accept late application forms.
What to Bring
* All your gear you will take on a weekend camp (warm clothing and warm sleeping gear)
* Overalls for caving activities
* Day back pack for morning tea and water bottle
* 3 Sources of lights: Torch, head lamp with extra batteries and candle.
* Water bottle
* Tent
* Personal first aid kit
* Each car to bring 20 liters of drinking water
