North West Scout Rally 2024

The 2024 Region Scout Rally will be held at Kamilaroi Scout camp it is to be a survival base Rally, the camp site will be open from Friday night May 31st at 5.30pm and will finish on Sunday at 12.30pm.

What each Scout will need to Supply:

• Their own Friday night dinner
• Saturday lunch and morning and afternoon tea over the weekend.
• Tent, day pack, drinking water for the weekend, water bottle, compass and cooking gear for the weekend (If you need anything for the weekend talk to your Leader)

Catering for the weekend:

• Catering for the weekend will start Saturday with breakfast, Saturday night dinner and Sunday breakfast.

Who can attend: Scouts, Venturer, Rovers, Leaders from all section and Cub Scouts (10.5 years old ONLY) that would like to do their Try Scouts badge.

WHAT EACH SCOUT WILL NEED TO BRING WITH THEM

• Clothing for two days
• Day back pack for day activities
• Raincoat
• Sleeping gear
• Personal shower gear with a towel
• Mess kit with a tea towel
• Flashlight with extra battery's
• Shoes or hike boots for day activities
• Water bottle
• Hat
• Tent

The closing date is and will be Friday May 17th 2024.

THE BREAK DOWN OF THE FEES FOR YOUTH MEMBERS, LEADERS / PARENTS Scouts $55 00 Leaders / Parents / Venturer $55 .00 Badge, Plaques and Base Equipment. Camp fees for 2 nights, Badge, Catering for 2 x breakfast and 1 x Saturday night dinner and Sunday Lunch. A total of 4 meals.
