Cub Scouts will participate in a City Wide Game to celebrate the Centenary of Cub Scouts

Travel to the city by your own means.

9.30a.m. – 10.30a.m
Meet at Scout Place and collect your City Wide Game details.

City Wide Game

NOON
Arrive at Government House.  Government House will be closed to the public.  You must be wearing a group scarf to enter.

During this time cubs & leaders will have the opportunity to view the house from the arcade. You will be given a timeslot to view the house and garden. There will be guides at each doorway to explain the room and answer questions.  Groups will then tour through the gardens and back to the main lawn.

You will be advised where to sit - a. Government House lawns or b. Parade Ground. Those sitting on lawns will have lunch immediately.  Those on the Parade Ground will put their bags down and have their house tour according to the allocated time.

Start to assemble for the Promise and cutting of the cake.

Those who were sitting on the lawn now visit house.
Those that have not had lunch now have lunch.
Collect cake on way to lunch or after visit to the house & garden.

WET WEATHER:

The Picnic at Government House will be cancelled. The Wide Game will go on as planned.  Stop for lunch when convenient.


REGISTRATIONS:

Packs should prepare their own E1s with their travel details etc.

Pack Leaders should register their participating members on the Region EMS (Scout Event). Payment should be forwarded to Region Office no later than Friday 1st July 2016.
