Brief Summary:
Cub Day at Jamborette is a fantastic opportunity for Cubs to visit the Scouts for a day, during their 4 day/3 night Annual Region Scout Camp - Jamborette. Cubs will have the opportunity to join in many of the bases and activities offered on the day, including CAVING! Cub Leaders are to register their participants (Cubs/Leaders/parent helpers) via this registration system, which will then send an electronic E1 form to participants for completion. REGISTRATION

Registrations will be via the GWS Event Management System (EMS), opening Sunday 15th April 2018. Cubs/parents need to advise Cub Leader of intention to go so that they can initially register you. Parents will then receive an email link to go on and complete the E-Permission (E1).  

There is no paper E1.

Registrations strictly close on Monday 21st May 2018.


WHAT TO BRING

Cubs are to wear uniform to and from the event.

Backpack/daypack, to include:

· Water bottle, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea,

· Change of clothes (Cubs will be doing a range of activities, some of which can be ‘messy. Suggest a full change of clothes that can get wet and dirty, including shoes, long pants (to cover knees when caving) and top)

· Sun hat (a hat should be worn for all outdoor activities)

· Light weight rain coat

· Windcheater
