CAMP FEES
Youth $50, Leaders/Rovers/Venturers $40 (Food is extra)

REGISTRATION
Registrations will be via the GWS Event Management System (EMS), opening Friday 23rd March. Need to advise leaders of intention to go so they can initially register you. You or your parents will then receive an email link to go on and complete the E-Permission (E1). There is no paper E1.

CATERING
TO BE SELF CATERING (each troop does their own with cost added to basic camp fees)

CAMPING
TO BE IN TROOPS.

Download Base Application Form

All bases need to fill out this form and submit it asap.

Download Jamborette Risk Assessment

Risk Assessment must be completed for all activity bases and initial draft submitted along with Base Form before the closing date. Risk Assessment is completed at the time of base setup and a copy provided to Jamborette Admin before activities commence. Any other potential risks around the site should also be documented on a Risk Assessment with a copy provided to Jamborette Admin.
