All other registrations at full price are due at GWS Region Office by the close of business Friday 20th May 2016

APPLICATIONS: To apply, all applicants advise their leader their intention to go. One person from each Section/Group/Crew must enter all applicants on line into the Region Scout Event Management System (EMS) at www.events.greaterwestscouts.com.au. EMS will send an email to each applicant/parent inviting them to complete an on line E-Permission (E1).  All applicants MUST complete the on line E-Permission form (E1), print out,  sign the printed copy and pass on to their leaders the signed form and full payment. 

Each Section/Group/Crew must then send the following items into the Region Office (6 Baden Powell Place, Winston Hills NSW 2153) bef:

   (1) Printed EMS Invoice Cover Page and correct camping payment

   (2) Copy of printed E-Permission form (E1) for each applicant which MUST be filled in correctly and signed fully.

         Leaders must check to verify completeness.

ELIGIBILITY: All Scouts must be current registered members of the association to qualify to attend this Region event.  All leaders must have a current WWCC number and parent helpers must at least complete the M5 Prohibitive Employment Declaration form. 

CAMPING/CATERING: All Scouts will be camping on a troop basis and each troop organizes their own catering (at extra cost to participants).

ACTIVITIES: Activities include Water Activities, Abseiling & Rock Wall, Flying Fox, Theme Bases, plus others. Water activities must be done using your own closed in footwear. We will provide an approved floatation device which is required to be worn for all boating activities. Flying Fox and rock activities require the wearing of an approved harness and helmet which will be provided and must be worn.

REFUNDS: Refunds will only be given in the event of illness or other similar cause.  Requests for refunds must be made in advance of the event commencing. A $5 administration charge will be applied to all refunds.
