Additional Information

We are going to attempt a circuit from Pisgah Rock Track/Monkey Ropes Creek on Erskine Creek downstream to Jack Evans Track, Erskine Lookout and Nepean Lookout. Difficulty is medium except for steep climbs down and up from creeks (which are classified as hard). These are achievable and plenty of time is allowed for.

Friday night approx 12 km on unsealed roads (3 - 4 hours night hike) Saturday approx 10 km circuit on unsealed roads, walking tracks and following a creek and Sunday approx 12 km on unsealed roads. We plan to learn about/work towards developing our pace, endurance and navigation. Participants must be self sufficient, bush toileting and hygiene applies.

Shorter version. You can be dropped off or collected early at Pisgah Rock Track carpark within the park on Saturday morning at 9:30 am. By car: It's about 12 km on unsealed road (2WD) via Glenbrook and The Oaks firetrail. Park gates open 8:30 am. Vehicle fees apply.
No camping fees apply. Costs: bring an opal card (optional) and self catering applies.

Please eat dinner before you come on Friday. There are take away's located in Glenbrook. Come with a head torch and be ready to hike in.
